how to load the power steering pump

In order to avoid losses without necessary,please fix power steering pump of our company as following:

(1)     Cleaning the pipeline: Should examine carefully and clean the outlet and inlet’ tie-in 、storage tank and pipeline system.

(2)     Adjusting the tension:Driving belt’ tension of power steering pump should be modest , if it too tight will accelerate unusual wear of power steering pump , resulting in bad influence even damage.

(3)     Adjusting the oil pipe:Adjust the position of high and low voltage pipeline, loosening of oil pipe can make abnormal noise.

(4)     Replacing the oil: While repalce the power steering pump,it should replace the oil synchronously,uncleanly oil can result in jam of flow metering valve in the pump,without power or heavy direction. It should be filtered by filter screen of steering reservoir when fill the oil, it is banned that oil fill in the steering reservoir directly without filter.

(5)     Getting rid of all air:Please get rid of all air after fixing power steering pump,in order to avoid abnormal sound from power steering pump..

(6)     Periodic maintains: Maintain of steering system , it should choose the appointed oil of power steering system, and power steering system and engine should be maintained synchronously, otherwise, it has influence on lifetime of pump

(7)     Other matters: It is not allowed to dismantle power steering pump of yourself when use, if we find it is dismantled or damaged for the mark of product ,as giving up the power of “three guarantees” for this product.This card is the only certificate of “three guarantees”, please take good care of it ,otherwise , as giving up the power of “three guarantees” of yourself.
