One: reply to the question that the shaft of pump is too tight:
Pump shaft is too tight , the mainly reasons as following:
1)upper and lower shaft housing have a small diametral clearance. 2) individual plymetal cover’ size is too small 3)and also only make the performance testing for the new pump before leaving the factory, and running-in test time isi short.
However , the pump will be well after running a few days , it does not affect the life and performance.We should be strictly controll the quality before leaving factory,as much as possible to the customers should not have troubles.
Two,the pump don’t have power and judgement and solving methods
For the new pump, it should be filled the power oil fully before fix , and then loading.( Due to individual repair shop, there is no vacuum filling equipment, coupled with the vehicle design, the power steering pump is higher than powe steering tank, oil can not flow to the oil pump naturally, it lead to the oil pump doesn’t work). After it be fixed the car , open to the engine and , Turn the wheel from right and left direction, it will be ok when don’t have air in the system. If it don’t have power, it should examine the oil of power tank whether or not to flow, if don’t flow, said oil pump did not work , it should fix again as above ways.
Three, With regard to noisy pumps and the removal method
The pump have big noise, maily Inspection methods as following: 1) firstly , Check the oil level in the tank within the provisions, whether or not have the oil bubble.2) If it have air bubbles and the fuel tank is not short of oil, to check into whether the damaged pipeline, fuel inlet neck whether to replace the oil joint-standard seals, and equipped with a ring, while checking into whether the deformation of fuel inlet neck (Recently found that individual fuel inlet neck deformation caused the noise by bad sealed device
